Indonesia is a country located in the part of Southeast Asia hemisphere. State sandwiched between two continents and two oceans, is also situated parallel to the equator, which makes Indonesia become a country that is very strategic and lush. Abundant natural wealth making it the only country that got the nickname as the lungs of the world. Mine gold, nickel, coal, natural gas and a variety of other natural wealth, can all be found in Indonesia. Besides its natural wealth, there is also a wealth of Human Resources (HR),
which if managed properly will be able to produce exceptional output. Given Indonesia currently ranks fourth after China, the United States and India, as the world's most populous countries.

But the question is, whether Indonesian society is prosperous, with a wealth of natural resources and its human resources ?. The answer is "No".
